I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters Degree in Psychology from Antioch University. I have over 25 years experience in helping people realize their full potential.

I have a deep admiration for the strength and courage that people demonstrate in their daily lives. I know and respect people's struggles to cope in a haywire world. Often the task of therapy comes down to learning how to be sane in a crazy world. I believe each person has the resources to work through life's challenges and to emerge at a place of more mature ease. As a therapist I work to facilitate that process of emergence for people who come to me.
