My experience is that people often feel
they have lost themselves somehow. They come to see me feeling
overwhelmed and entangled in their daily lives - their jobs,
their obligations, their relationships, their worries, their
struggles. These vague feelings of entanglement often lead
to experiences of depression, anxiety, panic, grief and
loneliness. Frequently the feelings of having lost oneself
in the commotion of life lead to self-sabotaging behaviors
like overeating, eruptive anger, chemical dependency, internet
and TV addiction, isolation and finding fault with friends
and loved ones.
I work to help you find yourself again, to gain a deeper
more abiding and mature sense of Self. At the same time,
from this realization of your more authentic self, you are
able to find truer and more intimate relationship with spouses,
friends, family, profession and Life itself.
